Incident Management Training
Whether an employee has an accident, is kidnapped, or a social media shitstorm arises from an ill-considered statement – those who master the basics of Incident Management can handle any crisis with more confidence.
We will show you how an Incident Management team works and what to focus on in communication. Using specially developed training software, you can test with us how crisis-resistant you already are. We will also give you helpful tips for future crises.
The training can be booked both online and in-person. For a small additional fee, we offer personalized consulting for your organization on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Incident Management and create custom scenarios for the training.
This training is also available as a team-building activity with a tailored focus for closed groups. The location can be freely chosen.
Process
The training lasts 1 days and consists of:
- Theory (3 hours)
- Scenarios (3 hours)
- Evaluation & personal feedback (2 hours)
Costs
The cost of the training is 350€ per person plus VAT.
For larger groups, we may offer discounts.
