Even in personal situations, SMART communication can be a valuable tool to reduce overwhelm. We will show you how you can achieve great things with simple principles.
Whether it’s about political crises, accidents during outdoor activities or the breakdown of a critical machine in a company, we’ll show you how to achieve significant results with just a few simple principles.
With the SMAR-Schema and BE CORRECT, we have developed two tools that help you respond in a controlled manner during acute stress situations and subsequently organize crisis management in a well-structured briefing. Additionally, we practice essential basics like Closed Loop Communication in various application scenarios and analyze the results together.

Process
The training lasts half a day and consists of:
- Online Course (2 hours)
- Scenario Training (1.5 hours)
- Evaluation (0.5 hours)
